Payment

Exploraudio's secure payments pages are operated by HSBC Bank plc to give you absolute confidence that the transaction will be conducted safely and reliably.

For all payments, in any currency, the total amount that will be transferred from your account to ours in the transaction will be shown in £ sterling before you are asked to confirm that you wish to proceed. There is never any question that you will be asked to proceed to payment without first knowing the total amount payable for the goods.

Although we use up to date exchange rates to calculate estimates of the price in your local currency before you reach this stage, the actual sum to be paid is calculated by your payment provider at the precise point of completing the transaction and may therefore differ from our estimate. Under most circumstances, this discrepancy should be small but any variation (up or down) from the estimates we provide are beyond our control.

Delivery

The cost of postage and packing is shown for the selected destination country. The default cost is for UK deliveries but the price is updated automatically when you choose a different destination country.

All shipments are made using the British Royal Mail. For UK deliveries, your goods should arrive the day after we have notified you of despatch but may take a little longer, particularly at busy times of the year (such as Christmas) or for remote delivery addresses. For international customers, the Royal Mail aims to deliver all shipments within 5 days but please allow up to 7 days and longer at busy times of the year or for destinations outside Europe or North America.
