Wlodek Wawrzkiewicz's assessment of the LiveGuitar H-clamp: When I started to put the pieces together I was very impressed with the quality, simple and clever idea, as well as the light weight of the H-clamp. Also the printed manual is very well written, useful and informative - well done! The biggest surprise however came when I started to listen to my first test recording. I simply could not believe that it was the same instrument - my classical guitar that I have recorded so many times before using different microphones and different positioning but never being completely satisfied with the sound quality and character that I could achieve. With the H-clamp for the first time I felt I really liked the recorded sound of my guitar. I can only describe my initial impression as if I could hear more of the soul of my guitar.
