The H-clamp was reviewed by Mark Tucker, Columnist, in the December/January issue of Acoustic Magazine. Mark explained how quickly and easily the H-clamp could be attached to the guitar and described it as "...a truly unique product, so obviously ingenious that I'm amazed I hadn't come up with the idea myself." He went on to explain how useful the 'H' is for both live performance and studio recording and mentioned some of the many other instruments with which it could also be used.

Summing up, Mark commented "I can see the H-clamp becoming standard issue for most ensemble guitar players. Combined with a DPA 4021 compact microphone, the H-clamp will become an integral part of my engineering toolbox for both studio and live settings."
